Infracontrol’s Passenger Guiding System manages the high volumes at the gates, providing control that benefits both passengers and staff
Arlanda and Landvetter are airports known for their space-efficient passenger flows, with arrivals and departures taking place across multiple levels. Infracontrol’s PGS monitors and controls more than 200 doors, 30 escalators, and 30 lifts. Through operational monitoring and fault handling, disruptions are quickly detected, significantly enhancing both customer service and overall flow.

Our control optimizes and simplifies the airport's operations
Intelligent control optimises and simplifies airport operations. We integrate the activation and management of doors, lifts, escalators, and signs into a unified system with built-in fault reporting and remedial handling. This system optimises airport operations and ensures secure passenger flows in and around the gates. It also enables the management of both Schengen and non-Schengen passengers at the same gate, while adhering to passport control regulations and separating the two groups.

The system comprises a control and monitoring platform (SCADA) with access to arrival and departure data, 45 PLC systems, and approximately 115 HMI panels, from which gate staff manage the passenger flows.
